Your questions, answered.
Can you paint several suites as they become available?
Yes, a phased plan can be discussed around the suite availability you provide. We confirm capacity and dates after reviewing the work. Each unit needs a clear handover and surface list so the sequence is practical and the quote reflects differences in condition.
Can you meet a specific tenant move-in date?
Tell us the required completion date as early as possible. We review access, repairs, drying and crew availability before confirming a schedule. A target date is part of planning, but it should only be treated as booked once the project details and timing are agreed.
Are all suites priced with the same preparation?
Not automatically. One suite may need a simple repaint while another has holes, staining or damaged trim. We identify the preparation and repairs for each area or agree on a clearly defined standard scope, with additional work discussed before it is added.
Can you use the property’s standard paint colours?
Yes. Provide your product, colour and sheen references, along with any room-specific requirements. We confirm the materials and surfaces in the proposal. If older areas have faded, we explain how fresh paint may compare so expectations are clear.
How do you manage keys and access?
We agree on the property contact, entry arrangements and available hours before starting. Any keys, notices or resident coordination need a clear responsible person. Changes in suite availability should be communicated through that contact so the crew follows the current plan.
Can occupied corridors and common areas be included?
Yes, subject to a suitable access and work-zone plan. We discuss resident routes, notices and the sequence with the property contact. Some sections may need temporary restrictions during painting or drying, and those arrangements are confirmed before the work proceeds.
