Your questions, answered.
Can you paint while staff or customers are in the building?
Often, with agreed work zones and a suitable sequence. We discuss access routes, ventilation and which rooms must remain available. Some areas may need to close temporarily during preparation, painting or drying; those arrangements are confirmed with your property contact.
Can you match our existing wall colour?
We can work from your paint records, colour reference or a sample. Aged paint may differ from a fresh coat even when the original colour is known. We explain whether local touch-ups will meet the goal or a complete wall repaint would look more consistent.
Do you repair scuffs, holes and damaged corners?
Suitable surface preparation and drywall repairs can be included. We list the damaged areas and the repair level in the quote. Larger damage, recurring cracks or moisture issues need their own plan before finishing, rather than being hidden under new paint.
Can the work happen after hours?
Share your access requirements and we will confirm available scheduling for the project. Evening or weekend work needs to be specifically agreed, including its effect on the proposal. Your team should have a clear work window rather than assume all painting happens outside business hours.
Who moves desks, stock or equipment?
Responsibilities are agreed before the start date. We discuss what the crew can move or protect and what your team needs to clear, particularly sensitive equipment and confidential materials. The work area should be ready according to that plan when the crew arrives.
How is each area signed off?
Your designated contact reviews the agreed work with the site lead or crew. We identify any finishing items, complete the touch-ups needed and explain care for the new coating. If the project is phased, that review can be planned around the agreed stages.
