A finish that works with the way your property runs.

Clear surfaces, access and responsibilities from the start. We coordinate the plan with your property contact.

See the preparation and scope

Offices, customer areas and managed properties have different access needs, but the project should be clear from the start. We identify what needs painting and how work will fit around the people using the site.

The proposal records the surfaces, preparation, colours and planned sequence. Your property contact and our crew stay aligned through the work and the final review.

Interior surfaces

List rooms, corridors, walls, ceilings, doors and other agreed components.

Exterior surfaces

Identify suitable building surfaces, access requirements and exterior preparation.

Project coordination

Discuss occupancy, work zones, target dates and the proposed sequence.

Illustrative examples to help you plan your project.

Worn reception walls to a welcoming entry.

The starting point: Visitors see scuffs and tired colour when they arrive.

What we can do: We define the walls and details to refresh and agree on the work zone and access arrangements with your property contact.

An office refresh in agreed phases.

The starting point: Different rooms become available at different times.

What we can do: We list each area and agree on a workable sequence so the crew and your team know where work is taking place.

A more coordinated building exterior.

The starting point: The main surfaces and entrance details are aging unevenly.

What we can do: We review the materials, preparation and access, then coordinate exterior work around suitable conditions and the site’s use.

Share your plansSend photos or arrange a site visit.

Send a few photos of the building and work areas, surface damage, occupancy needs and your target access dates. Tell us the result you want, or schedule a site visit so we can review the project with you.

We review the condition, talk through your options and prepare a quote that explains the work.

Confirm the detailsYour colour, scope, access and date.

Before you approve the work, we make sure the details are clear:

  • Colour: your chosen colours, finishes and where each will be used.
  • Scope: preparation, approved repairs and the exact surfaces included.
  • Access: keys, occupants, work zones and your designated property contact.
  • Date: the planned start, work sequence and any access or drying periods.

Ask questions and make any changes before we begin, so we are all working toward the same result.

Leave the work with usWe take care of the agreed work.

Once the plan is agreed, our crew takes care of the protection, surface preparation, finishing and cleanup included in your project.

Your site lead or crew is there to answer questions and keep you informed. If something unexpected needs attention, we discuss it with you before changing the work.

Enjoy the peace of mind of having the project taken care of, without having to manage every detail yourself.

Review the finished workA walkthrough and a little thank-you.

Walk through the finished work with your site lead or crew. We review the agreed surfaces together, listen to your feedback and take care of the touch-ups needed to complete the job.

We explain when you can use the finished surfaces normally and how to care for them. We want you to feel happy with the result before we wrap up.

A little thank-you, too. You will receive a gift basket as our way of saying thank you for trusting us with your project.

Your questions, answered.

Can you work while the property is occupied?

Often, with a suitable access and work-area plan. We discuss occupants, public routes, ventilation and any spaces that need to remain available. The agreed sequence is recorded before starting, so your property contact knows which areas are affected and when.

Can the project be completed in phases?

Yes, phasing can be part of the proposal. Share your room availability, deadlines and priorities so we can assess a workable sequence. Each phase needs a clear surface list and access window, with changes coordinated through the agreed contact.

Can you work outside our normal business hours?

Tell us the access hours you need. We review crew availability and the site requirements before confirming the schedule and any effect on the quote. Evening or weekend work should be agreed specifically rather than assumed from a general painting proposal.

Can you follow our existing brand colours?

Yes. Provide your paint references, colour codes or samples and identify which surfaces use each colour. We confirm the product and sheen as well as the colour. If an exact visual match is important, reviewing a sample on site helps avoid assumptions.

Are repairs and protection included?

The proposal lists the preparation, approved repairs and protection for each work area. Show us damaged drywall, worn trim and sensitive equipment during the review. Larger repairs or specialist work are identified separately so the painting scope and responsibilities remain clear.

Who checks the completed work?

Your designated property contact walks through with the site lead or crew. We review the agreed surfaces, record any finishing items and complete the touch-ups needed to close out the scope. We explain care for the new finish and thank you with a gift basket.
