Your questions, answered.

Can you paint around operating entrances?

The work can often be phased around entrances, provided safe access arrangements are agreed. We discuss public routes, tenant needs and any temporary restrictions with your property contact. The sequence should be clear before work begins so people know where to enter and which areas to avoid.

Can you paint metal, masonry and siding on the same building?

Suitable surfaces can be included in one project, but each material needs its own preparation and coating decision. We identify the materials and existing finishes during the review. The proposal lists the accepted surfaces so there is no assumption that one product covers everything.

Can the building colours match our branding?

Yes, we can work from your colour references and agreed samples. Product suitability and sheen also affect the appearance, especially across different materials. We confirm the colour placement for walls, trim and entrances so the crew has one clear plan.

What happens if the weather delays work?

We coordinate schedule changes with your property contact and explain the next suitable work window. Exterior coatings need the right weather and surface conditions. If entrances or tenant notices are affected, those updates should be part of the revised access plan.

Who arranges parking and access around the building?

We agree those responsibilities with your designated contact before the project starts. Share delivery times, parking limits, tenant needs and restricted areas during quoting. Access equipment and work-zone requirements are included in the planning rather than left for the crew to resolve on arrival.

Can painting be divided into budget or access phases?

Yes, we can discuss a proposal that separates areas into agreed phases. Each phase needs a defined scope and schedule, and later work depends on availability and conditions at that time. We make the boundaries clear so unfinished areas are not mistaken for omissions.
